House Rules
We kindly ask our guests to observe the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay and harmonious coexistence.
- Our accommodation operates as a self-check-in property, so we do not have a front desk. We will send you information regarding your room assignment via email.
- Room keys are placed inside the room. Rooms are marked with a sign.
- For online registration, we will send a data request form to the guest’s email address, which must be completed.
- The accommodation fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer or SZÉP card prepayment. Please settle the payment by the day of arrival.

- Due to local noise regulations, we ask that you be considerate of the neighborhood residents and other guests after 10:00 PM.
- Guests receive clean rooms and are responsible for keeping them tidy during their stay. Upon departure, please leave the room in the same condition as upon arrival.
- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. A designated smoking area is located in the garden.
- The use of outdoor music is not permitted on the property or in the garden.
- A shared living room, lounge, and kitchen are available for guests.
- Street parking is prohibited in the village, so please park your vehicles in the courtyard and keep the gate closed.
- Our accommodation is not a workers’ hostel.
- We cannot accommodate intoxicated or rowdy guests; in such cases, the reservation may be canceled.
- We do not provide towels as standard; they are available only upon request.
